No problems.. I was a little concerned when I first opened the package as the design of the cartridge was slightly different ... However it fit in just fine and works just as good as original product and is significantly cheaper!! I had deliberately ordered ahead of time ie when my printer pop up told me, but I had no need to worry as the product arrived in a few days just as advertised. I would have no hesitation in reordering this product again or recommending to others
