The instruction is very sketchy and has no trouble shooting procedures. When the product couldn't match the frequency of the car radio, I had to go back and forth with customer service through emails. I had to eventually make a call and the agent sent me a trouble shooting video which helped me pair the unit up. Other than going through the trouble of finding a solution, the unit works fine, with the sound volume on the lower side.

It wraps my upper back snuggly and keeps my neck and shoulder warm for an extended period of time. The adjustment goes from barely noticeable warmth to high heat. The fabric feels very smooth and is comfortable even without turning the unit on.

This massager is so good that I bought a second one. Simple as it is, it's a great therapeutic device. The pressure is just about right and feels so relaxing. It doesn't warm up right away, but when it does it adds more healing power to the massage. It can be used almost throughout the body, from the neck, through the back, all the way to the legs.

I charged it only once since I bought it 2 weeks ago and it's still going strong. The volume is decently high though I wish I could adjust the volume on the unit. I don't have a wireless charging phone so have no comments on this feature.
