The product was defective on arrival ( must have been made on a Monday) but got ahold of customer service and they obligingly promised to give me a full refund. Service lady was prompt and efficient. The product kept shutting off without filling cup in full. Defective switch and sensor maybe.

Zero ....crappy product .doesn't work...awaiting refund . .poured in water, kept shutting off . .it gave me half a cup of water....want my money back ..awaiting refund process ....looks fancy but a hunk of junk.
