I have been using this ink for many years now and am quite satisfied! I love the quick turn around too when I put an order in, I can count on it being there usually in about 2-3 days..........which makes it nice when you forget to order ink and run out in the middle of a project!

I have been buying ink from 123 Ink for many years now! I find the ink to be the same quality as the printer brand but at a fraction of the cost!!!! I stalk up so that I don't run out, and when my old printer died, all I had to do was contact the company, have my receipt for the ink and they exchanged it for ink that was for my new printer! No fuss no muss! I believe there was once that I had a cartridge that did not work. Again, I contacted the company, had my receipt and they exchanged it for me with no hassle. One of the things I like about the ink for my printer is that you can actually see inside the cartridge...........and yes, it is empty when the printer says it is empty! I would highly recommend this ink to anyone with a printer! Manufacturers will say that any ink but the ones they sell will "damage" the printer.............not so! A very satisfied customer!
