Received with broken parts. Difficult to talk on the phone to support services. Chating is for the younger generation, I'm to old to start learning, I'd rather talk on the phone, and appreciate if I can speak French with the support department. Expecting more collaboration. The instruction doc coming in the box is not the same as described in the internet (parts identification) Can someone call me .
