Electric Height Adjustable 37.4" Sit-Stand Desk Converter - PrimeCables®

2nd best alternative if your desk is still good (would have went for a sit-stand desk frame if that wasn't the case). You lose out on a bit of desk space due to the converter sitting on top, but I'll take that over sitting all day. Good for a laptop + monitor extension setup (maybe a bit tight for dual screens unless it's mounted). Price was reasonable and installation was easy. Recommended.
