There is a software glitch in the printer which makes it incompatible with printing emails from Hotmail. Customer service both from 123 Ink cartridges and from manufacturer was terrible and they still have not gotten back to me with a solution.

Pantum® P2500W P2511W Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer - Compact, High-Speed Printing - 1 / Pack

I loaded paper into the feed and the printer jammed on the first print job. I removed the jammed paper carefully but the red light indicating jammed paper would not go off and I could not print any more.
