Canon 057 3009C001 Compatible Black Toner Cartridge - With Chip - Moustache®

1/5

Sent me two bogus counterfeit detected toners that both failed to work. They said they were defective,. Both of them really??? I had to buy a "Genuine Canon 057 toner from London Drugs that worked perfectly. I could clearly see that the "chip" used by 123ink on the two toners they sent me were not at all the same as the chip that is on the genuine Canon 057 toner. They issued me a request to return the defective toners to them and they can? issue me a refund. No other compensation offered to me as requested especially after 90 minutes with their chat support failed to solve the reason the toners are counterfeit.
