Hard to rate this printer since it will not work with my computer. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and could not load the driver. Phoned Pantum. Their driver is not compatible with Windows 10. They are working on a solution.but are looking at the end of October (perhaps). If I'd known this, I would not have bought it. Price was right even if the cartridge is less than half a regular one (which costs more than the printer did) and it is a nice compact size.
