Works well with the only problem is the printer doesn't read the ink level of remanufactured cartridges. This is common but the company doesn't really advertise the fact.

Black cartridge was defective as no ink was produced on the print command. The printer would also not read the ink levels in the ink cartridges. I phoned the first time and got a person who had absolutely little or no knowledge of the product nor had little or no time for me. He couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I phoned again and got a different person. Boom! The exact opposite to the morning person. Only too happy to help and explain things to me. Also replaced defective cartridge. She also advised me that certain printers could not read the ink levels in remanufactured cartridges. I was pleased with the second person and have reservations og going back here for more other than the second person was completely professional.
