For some time, I have been looking for a rollator to carry up and down the nine steps in my building. This, finally, is it. It is my key to independence and crucial to me. I have to point out a couple of errors in the manual for assembling it. Under storing and transporting it says,to push the handlebars together until they click and a security bar under the seat engages. Well nothing clicks or engages. Instead, fold up the seat. fold it together and then ... LIFT UP THE BACKREST SO THAT IT IS THE HIGHEST POINT. Then you can slip your free arm through it like a sling to carry the unit up or down while hanging on to the railing. At 17.4 lbs it is just in my capacity to transport by myself.At

The item itself is excellent, exactly as described. Unfortunately I must return it, not having the upper body strength to transport it up/down several steps. The weight is 21 lbs so be sure you can handle that weight. It would have been helpful if the rollator could be locked into the folded position to make it more stable on steps.

Very sturdy! On it, I have a breadmaker, a food processor, and other small appliances that take up too much counter and cabinet space. Would go five stars if the instructions were less vague and in a size I can read. I downloaded the user manual, so thanks. It's odd that the shelves have the rims going downward. What's the point of a rim? Unless I installed everything upside down! Again clearer instructions would help.

I am quite satisfied. The only downside is that the feet rest on the curved bottom surface of my rather narrow tub. I'm going to have to build that up with rubber mats so that the feet are flat and more stable. Not a complaint about your product, but my situation. I measured across the top of tub, not the bottom.
