PrimeCables® Pivoting TV Wall Mount w/ Swing Out Articulating Arm for 13" to 27" Monitor LCD Flat TV

Item arrived quickly but when I mounted a 24 inch Dell monitor on it, the monitor is crooked. The right side of the monitor sagging about 2 inches from the left. Tried adjusting with the keys supplied but it remains crooked. No way to compensate for screen rotation. I had to prop up the right side so I can use it. Disappointed ☹️

This product pulls well. The black on white makes it easier to see how much you have left in the box. I would order it again.

Cable is fine. Box it comes in falls apart.
