I like the fact it's not too large. I have a small entrance so this fits perfectly. I would have given it a 5 star if the wooden shelf/seat was either thicker or re-enforced so it could take my weight. The wife is 100 lbs so it only bends a bit.

Says it can be controlled by Google or Alexa. This is not true. Support just emailed me and stated it has been turned off. Have to deal with returning both.

Took it out of the box to test as this is a present. Connects to the wifi easily and feels well made. Once installed and if I have issues I will update my comments.
