Haven't had a chance to use it a lot but seems to be good for now. Bought it on sale so price was good and came with ear plugs and mask - great value. Due to sensitive skin, I don't use fleece as much because I get hot and itchy, so would have preferred an option for cotton or some other plain cloth covering. Other family members are testing it out and like it so far.

Just finished the last toner cartridge and installed this one. Last one starting giving 'out of ink' messages after a short time. Hoping that's a printer issue and not the cartridge. Historically, very few issues. I will update the review after some usage.

I've been getting cartridges here for a long time. Never had an issue. This time, the cartridge was not the same and made weird vibrating and bubbling sounds (when I picked up the cartridge package). Called customer service. They immediately sent a return label (via email) and shipped replacement cartridges. Excellent service. Thank you.
