Virtually no documentation either at shoppers+ or online. It's as if the product does not exsist! Doubt me? Google it yourself before you buy this. Plugged it in and all it did was beep at me probably telling to hook it up the app or cloud or whatever. I wanted to use it only with the sd card. I got it on sale returned both. Save your money.

Nothing against Shopper+. The product is as discribed and is accurtate.There are some things buying "cheaper" version is not worth it. I found that replacing the tips was frustating as it didn't always go in properly or I was afraid the plastic would break. The water reservoir is really small and are constantly filling it up again and again. I did not feel the water pressure was sufficient. As well, anything with a rechargeable battery will eventually lose its power. With something as important as gum health a name brand irrigator is worth the money.
