horrible quality with BT cutting out and creating weird screeching sounds. The issue is ONLy happening with this speaker... if I connect any other BT device to my system, I don't experience any issues so I know its this speaker that is cheap or defective. + why are they atill using the old micro-usb cable connection???

good bang for your buck, when on sale, BUT please be aware, these cartridges can sometimes randomly give up and the printer stops reading them.. cleaning the cartridge connection points or the head doesn't solve the problem and eventually end up losing half a cartridge or so sometimes... at that point all you can do is simply buy a new one and you are back on your feet. it's a bit of a gamble, even thou it has a sticker of Q.C. being passed... what the Q.C levels are always hard to determine. difficult to say jf I can recommend them to anyone looking for reliability... but if you like to gamble with ur purchases, it may just be ok for you.

when I checked, I couldn't find the metallic plates. also the car vent clip is super weak and doesn't hold the phones like the other mounts in the box. also some of the peices randomly were missing factory plastic .. this seems to be the issue in both (2) boxes I ordered/ received. don't know if these are manufacturing issues or a bad batch or returned items that were shipped to me as new.

Extremely stiff /tight and hard to move/bend... Not easy to maneuver. cannot recommend to anyone with weaker wrists like my parents or elderly people (or even my wife). Also, it says that it can support up to 7 inches, but don't be fooled by it, as your 7 inch phones/tablets/phablets won't fit it. it realy is just for medium sized phones, (unless the clamp is not opening all the way in the version I received...) so I am using it to hold a bulb holder/mini lamp head. Overall, not as easy to use as I have had other ones from other companies. not serving its purpose here.
