Very unhappy this time. I am a professional Tv mount installer for the last 10 years. I have baught more then 300 mounts in the previous years from Prime Cables. They have changed the model badely. The tilting screws are very thin now. Even when we tight the tv still tilt down. The locking screws are small and poor quality. Was not expecting this bad quality change by Prime Cables. Attaching the photos to see the clear difference between the previous model and this one. The company should see in this matter as this is their very popular model. It is better if they bring the older model back. If someone fro Primecable contact me I would be happy to explain them about this matter.
