TV Wall Mount Bracket with Full Motion Articulating Arm for most 26"-55" inch PrimeCables®

1/5

I am a regular buyer and a professional installer of wallmounts and I regularly buy from Prime cables. Unfortunately as times passes they have dropped the quality of the mounts. Had really bad experience this time. All the supporting screws for tightening the mount are stuck. Cannot screw all the way to lock the tv. Finally i put a wire to hold the tv. Not very happy with the purchase. Already contacted the customer service but not much support.

Just fine. Took too much time to figure out exact place, but finally needed to remove the smaller length angle to fit to my Tv.

Angle free Tilt mount w/Safety Lock for TV 32'' to 55'' inch - PrimeCables®

4/5

I am a professional installer. I buy these mounts on regular basis. This is a Good medium grade mount. But need some small changes that can improve the efficiency of this mount. Tilt bolts should be replaced by knobs so they can be tighten by hands. Bottom lock screws should be replaced by spring cord lock system. Need to add M6 bolts for samsung Tv. The screws that now being provided with this mount are very sub standard. Head of the screws are not clearly finished, so sometimes in the middle of installation one screw is useless you have to run to replace that.
