Good value, but not as yellow as the incandescent bubs they replaced. Should 2700K still be this cold and blue? Also the dimming is jumpy and incomplete. Upside is they'll save electricity in the long run if they last as specified.

Very good value, appear well made. Two things would make them even better. First, the "warm" white at 3000K is still somewhat "cold" to the point where family members asked to remove them in some locations.. 2700K would perhaps be better and closer to a "warm" standard incandescent bulb. Second, they are only half dimmable.

On the rare occasions I get a defective product from Shopperplus (maybe twice in the past six years or so), they have really stood behind their product and replaced or refunded it rapidly and without hassle. This was the case for one of these toner cartridges, and Shopper refunded the defective one, then I bought this replacement and so far it works fine. Five stars to Shopperplus for excellent customer support, which is another reason I'm happy to do business with them and recommend them to others.
