The product is the brandname for the printer concerned, so no issues However, is it just me but to get a whole pile of discount offer from this company only to find they never cover what it is you want despite the “look” of the coupon leaves a nasty taste in your mouth.

Arrived as promised and works as expected - with regards to the product - no issue HOWEVER, there was an expectation that Shoppers would include a return shipping so you can actually do what is advertised ie return the old cartridge as part of the "Return Program" which, when I called, I was advised doesn't exist. False advertising and blatant green washing!

You have to make sure the joint is tightened VERY well (and I mean tighten) otherwise the tray starts dropping as you use it, bit annoying. Get that done and it's a decent tray
