Brother LC203XL Compatible Ink cartridge Combo High Yield BK/C/M/Y - Eco-Saver

I order these compatibles regularly, always comes in a few days. At first my printer was finicky in accepting them but seems to be better behaved now. I tape over the sensor window so that I dont get an out of ink message from the printer when there is still lots of ink there - sometimes it seems to disable use of the cartridge if the printer thinks there is no ink left. If that happens try unplugging the printer for an hour or so to clear the memory in its nasty little Brother brain and adjusting the tape. But if you let a cartridge run dry, you will need to run a few cleaning cycles to draw ink in from the new one and the printer head might dry out - so take them out and check them visually from time to time and replace when low.

This is the second time I have ordered these for my Epson xP410. Epson cartridges are really finiky - sometimes I have to re-install them to get a good chip contact. Printer reads the ink supply. Im happy with the quality - as good as the low capacity original cartridges.

I've been buying cartridges from 123 for a few years. Shipping is good. This cartridge is good so far, I've had a previous one which started printing bands, but for the price it beats HP originals. I've also bought HP and Epsom compatible inkjet refills with mixed results.
