Compatible HP 45A Q5945A Black Toner Cartridge - Moustache®

Compatible HP 45A Q5945A Black Toner Cartridge - Moustache®

4/5

Hello! The one we ordered most recently is great! Thank you. BUT -- the one we ordered prior -- a few months ago -- is still nearly full, but useless: I popped it in, started photocopying,...heard a snap, then a constant grating. I tried diff. things, but it is def. damaged. So... what do I do with it now?
