You get what you paid for. Ordered two of this Pantum Printer for me and my housemate. One of it works fine, occasionally paper feed jams but acceptable. The second one is horrible. WIFI connection never works and the printing quality is very poor. Printer ink stripes appear along the edges of the paper, papers keep jamming and wasted my printing papers. Did contact the customer service and they offered return options. Get rid of this Pantum if you want to save yourselves trouble.
