On the first set the control buttons did not work. Shopper+ was kind enough to send another set. However the second set was not much better. At least I am able to control the set occasionally , but most of the time tapping does nothing. The sound isn't bad but they are quite uncomfortable. The set might be OK if you can actually use the controls. Is it possible I received 2 faulty units? Not happy with this item.
