I ordered this expecting it fit my Samsung _SM_T805W tablet. Unfortunately it did not fit.

Dear customer, This is a Micro USB Charge Cables for most Android Phones & Tablets using Micro USB. If your Samsung _SM_T805W tablet doesn't have the Micro USB connector, it will not fit. Please feel free to contact our customer service for help. we will arrange refund for this cable but need deduct 10% restocking fee if you bought the wrong cable best regards

Opened pack and found 10 were dry requesting replacement. Agent would only settle for a 50%.refund. Same result regarding a Micro SD adapter not working from a previous order explaining i had emailed my concerns shortly after delivery. Her response was i must have used the wrong 123 address (as you have several email address). After much conversation she offered the same 50%.because the 30 day guranty had expired. At this point i surrendered and consented to accept a credit to my Visa. Credit has not been received. rcoyle70@gmail.com
