I bought one of these in Feb 2019 and just received my second one Nov. 2020. The first one worked great for movies, but left a small black bar on the right side when used as a computer monitor. I thought this was because of my old style computer hook up, but decided I could live with it and ordered a second one to use as a computer monitor. It turns out that this one works perfectly and is the best monitor I have ever had.

Although this box worked perfectly at the start, I started having problems after 6 months. By the time I had it 9 months nothing worked properly. I contacted prime cables and they suggested I return it. They emailed me a prepaid return label and I sent it back. The refund was prompt. Although I am disappointed in the product I am impressed with the company. The real test of the worth of a company is when you have a problem, and they resolved it very quickly. I will continue to deal with this company and will recommend them to others.
