Bought this product during black friday, was good for macbook with 2 USB-C adapter, however my product's USB-C PD is not working - that means it is not charging at all. Tried 3 different voltage power adapters that all worked with normal macbook pro USB-C ports but just not with this adapter's. So it is a defective one. Customer Service from Shopper+ has been excellent and responded to emails and complaints very fast, ended up getting a refund as I will probably buy another PrimeCable adapter
