I would give 4.5 if I could. I find the vibration 'loud' as it's so close to the ear (NOT relaxing) and it's not as strong (the massage) as I would like but VERY relaxing.

Works as described but not entirely intuitive. I cannot figure out how to differentiate between elements either. It would be really nice to know if I am drilling into wire or wood ;) It cannot seem to tell the difference unless I am not using it properly.

Does as intended and a unique item. Plan to get a couple more. I have three over the ear headphones and they are all hanging on this hanger without issue (small overlap but who cares as it's under the desk). It could easily hold four decent sized headphones.
