Reliable product used for years and works as well as the ink sold by the printer manufacturer. I was always please with the vendor, customer service is top notch, delivery fast and prices competitive. If you want to buy online "locally", I can only recommend Shopper+ and its affiliates.

On peut toujours compter sur les produits moustache, et le service à la clientèle est au top. J'achète différents produits à travers Shopper+ depuis plusieurs années et je ne suis jamais déçu. Vous voulez acheter "local" en ligne, vous êtes au bon endroit.

Processus d'achat simple, description du produit détaillée et précise, manutention et expédition très rapide. Pour mes achats d'encres et d'imprimantes, ce site est devenu mon premier choix. En cas de pépin, le service à la clientèle est courtois et efficace. J'en suis à mon 7e ou 8e achat, et à chaque fois je suis satisfait au delà de mes attentes.

When it works, coverage and setup are good for the money. However, I must reboot it frequently as it regularly looses internet connection. This router is used by an elderly woman who very moderately surf the internet. It proves to be very frustrating for her. There's no company backing up the product either once you're past the 30-day return period. I can't get it fixed or changed. Others reviews about JCG routers regularly mention this king of issue. I'm bringing this to recycling. Do yourself a favor and put your money elsewhere, you'll save yourself frustrations.
