printed 1 page had no yellow, did all cleaning methods and wasted a bunch of black and other colors still no yellow. had a new one sent, again not a drop of yellow. I could see even before I tried a test page that the yellow wasn't showing on bottom of cartridge. did all cleaning and test pages still not even a hint of yellow. these are total garbage, earlier cartridges at least worked for a short time before drying out but still poor performance. this will be my last purchase of these remanufactured cartridges. not a happy customer

1of 2 bought did not work at all, was sent replacement N/C. new one worked great for about 2 months, now seems like it has dried up. has to be set on best output and then needs to print some lines before ink flows. have not used second cartridge yet. not sure if printer can read the ink level correctly. have had problems every time I have bought this remanufactured ink.
