Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the scan function isn't working on your Pantum M7107DW. This printer supports scan-to-Email, PC, FTP, and USB drive via the ADF. Scanning issues are often caused by driver or connection settings — please ensure the Pantum driver is fully installed and that the printer is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is not supported). A reinstall of the Pantum app or driver may resolve the issue. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team — we'd be happy to help get your scanner working.
