Unfortunately this was a replacement toner cartridge replacing a defective one received. The rating is for the defective one. In general I'm happy with your products and customer service. I will continue shopping at 123.

1 - Works fine. Good value 2 - Could anything be done on remanufactured cartridges to avoid the warning "... the ink level is unknown"? (I'm using an HP Deskjet 9800)

1 - The print is bolder than previous cartridges purchased from you. It looks like everything is printed bold and in most cases I need the letters to be more "elegant". 2 - Could anything be done on remanufactured cartridges to avoid the warning "... the ink level is unknown"? (I'm using an HP Deskjet 9800)
