The product is cheap and solid, but having a 70" TV mounted is not recommended. Smaller sizes and lighter would work fine I suppose. I have a 70" TV which is fairly light only half of the mount's rated capacity but once installed, the tilt function lacks the strength to keep TV vertical. Therefore TV tilt towards the ground, but a few shimes in the back would help straighten it up. Overall, good for smaller TVs, maybe up to 60", definetly not 70"
