I wanted to love this, especially considering the name brand - Oxo, I am horribly disappointed in this product - it does not work. It will not extend & retract because there is no way to lock it in place at any length making it 100% unusable. Please understand that this is in no way the fault of Shopper +. I'm only giving this one maple leaf because there is no option for zero.
