I have had great results with this company. Thats why I keep coming back. The only thing I can recommend is that you be carefull in what you select. If you are ordering ink, then make sure you get the ones with new chips. Otherwise HP printers may not work. I am using the #61 now and it works perfect. The Black toner is not in yet as it is waiting for the previous toner to finish. It to was purchased her and works perfect. Thanks for the good products, and we usually get the order within a week. Thanks again
