This is the first time I had a problem with ink cartridges. My Cyan cartridge was not recognized by my printer, cleaned the contact etc. but still no go. So had to go to the store and by genuine Epson. Otherwise I have been enjoying shopping with your company for years, and tell my friends. Its a great service and always quick.
