Canon PIXMA TS3720 Wireless Color All-in-One Inkjet Printer - White

I could not get it to work at all at first. Then a friend came to help and we were able to get a test sheet and one other page printed. Today I wanted to print a record of an online payment for taxes and I couldn't get it to print. I need a printer that will work every time, not just once in a while.
