If you want to use it for Cricut, this is not the right product. Compared to the original cricut trimmer this one has less precision and and you have to push very hard to cut though the no-mat sheets. Even when pushing hard, sometimes you need to finish the job with scissors. I agree that the title says "paper trimmer", but I was hoping it would work.

This trimmer is designed as a general-purpose craft/paper trimmer for home, school, and office use (rated for up to 5 sheets of 80g paper), rather than a dedicated Cricut-style precision cutting system, so results on no-mat sheets can vary. We're sorry it didn't meet your expectations for that specific use. If you're mainly cutting for Cricut projects, a dedicated Cricut trimmer may give better precision.
