We're very sorry to hear the ADF on your M7107DW hasn't worked since day one — that's not the experience we want you to have. Since this appears to be a manufacturing defect covered under the 1-year warranty, please contact our support team with your order number right away so we can arrange a repair or replacement at no cost. We'd also like to check a few quick things (paper size/sensor calibration) in case it's a simple fix.
