One of the toners in our pack of 4 just would not work. It was the first one we tried so I was worried. The next one worked fine though so my worry was lessened. I called about the problem and a return shipping label was sent right away. I sent off the faulty toner and we received the replacement very quickly (and it works). The entire process to return and replace the faulty toner was accomplished very quickly and without delay. I will definitely order again.
