I don't think I'll ever buy from them. When there's a problem they just ghost you. I have a problem with a black Moustache toner cartridge. The printer is already asking me to change the barely used cartridge because of end of life. I asked for an exchange on Sep 21, 2026 (supposedly will reply in 24 hours), we are Sep 28 and never heard from them. I tried to reach them by e-mail, nothing either.
