For the look it's awesome but in less than 20 days the foam of the chair is already curved around my legs almost to the base plate of the chair

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this ergonomic desk chair — we're glad you love its look, but we're truly sorry the seat foam compressed so quickly and is no longer giving you proper support. That's not the comfort or durability we want you to have, and we've shared your feedback with our product team so we can do better. If you'd like more help, our Customer Support team is here for you: Live Chat or 1-866-979-7463, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. We've also sent you an email — please check your inbox. We look forward to having you back. — 123ink.ca Customer Care. This reply was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.
