Printer will not recognize cartridges, so it thinks there empty & will not work.

Some times it takes a lot of off & on at the printer to make them work but over all I like them.

It lost contact with chip, showed empty & printer would not work. Took it out 3-4 times no luck, cleaned it no luck.. New one worked fine. I cut it open to check for ink FULL.
