The initial cartridge was defective so I sent another one which was great. There is obviously a communication problem with the customer service branch that I was dealing with. Firstly, they e-mailed me a shipping label for the first cartridge to be returned which didn't do any good because I had no cartridge to print the shipping label. Later they mailed me a shipping label. For the second cartridge they also mailed me a shipping label, although I never ever stated I was having a problem with it. After the problem with the first cartridge I was given a run-around as to when the shipping label for the first cartridge would be sent. Overall, good problem but communication problems with customer service. It is understandable that occasionally there can be a defective cartridge.
