We love it!! The only thing I wish was that the patch cords that come with had more of a variety for other devices. I can't use any of them to charge my husband's apple cell but I can charge my BlackBerry . But great device!

This cartridge is great but it does not seem to be as clear as Samsung Cartridge. Not sure if the printer is getting old.

Dear customer ,thanks for your kind reviews .Normally the new compatible one's quality should be almost same as the original one's .Maybe you can test your printer with an original one to see if your printer is a problem or not .Thank you !Any further concern ,please feel free to contact us .
