I love the price and the service always at my door within a couple days. I still have enough problems with the printer recognizing the cartage after a bit. It will work fine then after the ink is about 1/2 to 2/3 gone it stop recognizing the cartage. Because of the price I don't worry to much about it. It's still cheaper than the Epson ink but it is still annoying.

I haven't used them yet so I cant give a five star. As always the delivery is excellent always arrives quickly and in good shape. This is a new printer so hopefully there is no rejection issues when I go to use them.

The produce is very good. The black ink is just as good as the Epson ink and it last just as long. The delivery is always fast ordered on Friday and was here by Thursday of the next week. I have never had any problems with the black ink being recognized by my printer. The warranty is very good if you have any problems they replace them no problem. I would highly recommend ordering ink from this company. Please keep up the good work at a good price. Thanks, Mike

I have the odd one that the printer won't recognize after awhile for some reason. But the warranty is very good if you have any problems they replace them no problem. Prices and delivery are exceptional. I am still having some frustrations with the cartridges being recognized after being in and used for a time. I put them in and they work fine for a bit then the printer stop recognizing them and no matter what I do they won't work after that. I am currently sending 7 half full or fuller cartridges back. So I will see how good the warranty is. I will say the girl I corresponded with was very helpful and apologetic. I have probably used 7 or so cartridges without any problems and I have never had a problem with the black cartridge, fingers cross. I'm not ready to give up yet but hopefully they can work out the issues. Time will tell.

Delivery and price are super. The one problem I continue to have is with the blue cartridge. It works for a couple weeks maybe I use it a half dozen times and then it wont recognize it. No matter how many times I reload it. I have just put in my third one so I will see how long this one last. I have used a complete red with no problem and the yellow and black are working fine. Over all I'm happy with them if I could just get the blue to work like the rest.
