Height Adjustable Sit-Standing Desk Riser & Converter for Monitor 35" - PrimeCables® - Black

I've been using this for a few days now, and am pretty happy with it. It's replacing my $30 Ikea coffee table standing-only desk setup I had. Build quality is very good. I'm using it with a 27" LCD and a MacBook Pro. I had to drill out the monitor stand hole a little to fit my stand. My laptop stand has to go a little over the edge of the desk (I velcro'ed it for support), and I then sit left of centre, aligned with the monitor. I'm 5' 11", and just sit comfortably in the sitting position after raising up my chair a bit. I doubt it would fit shorter people well. I don't have /that/ much on the desk, but I can feel the weight when raising it. It's no big deal for me, but something to consider. Also, I originally planned on simply screwing on an additional monitor with a pressure bracket. However, this doesn't let you fully collapse the desk, because the screw handle is longer than the height of the desk. Any additional mounts have to be attached to the back, and probably screwed in. The inset stand for phones and tablets is a great idea, but isn't well suited for iOS devices. The home button ends up being too deep in to press easily. My Nexus 6P sits well.

Single Monitor Desk Mount Adjustable Articulating Stand - PrimeCables®

I ordered two of these stands and have attached three different monitors. One monitor, a new LG 27" 4K display, wouldn't take the full length of the screws shipped with the mount. I had to use some washers to act as spacers. The other monitor, an old Dell 20", didn't fit properly because the monitor attachment of the stand is too big. It doesn't fit inset VESA mounting screws, where they are recessed into a square in the back of the monitor. Again, I had to use washers as spacers. I have a few other mounts that were only slightly more expensive, but fit in all the monitors easily, are articulating, and slightly taller. Would probably purchase those instead in the future.
