Amano PIX3000 Bk New Compatible Black Ribbon (CE-315151)

4/5

I received the product in a timely manner and was very happy with the product. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they did not send me an invoice for the credit card transaction and I need the invoice so I can be reimbursed by my employer. When I called customer support, the lady promptly emailed me a copy of my invoice within 10 minutes.
