the cartridges work ok. i find these compatibles have 'bland' 'mild colors compared with oem types but i bought them based on excellent value; the best value in Canada.

I must have caught a lemon. Paper jams often. 1 out of every 5 prints gets stuck in the feeder and I have to cancel print job, remove the ink cartridge, pull out the paper which is loged underneath the feeder and re-try. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had to exert a lot of pressure in order to fit the toner and drum into the printer but other than that the printing is excellent. Just as good as the original Brother toner.

Great service. Arrived before expected. The product is the same as I would get anywhere, but I do not have to leave my home to buy.
