Initially was little hesitant in selecting this printer and ordering from a 123inkcartridges.ca. But now I am very happy I went ahead. Purchase was straight forward and they shipped it to me the very next day. By 3rd day the printer was delivered to me. Packing was good. The printer's build quality is pretty much like other printers, installation is straight forward, googled for the Mac OS driver, installed it and followed the instructions listed on this page. First print was immediate and without any problems. Have used the printer for just two days but its looks good, prints reasonably well and fast too. The wireless setup is also easy and am able to print from my macbook without any problem. Havent yet tried it from my iphone but I guess it should be pretty straightforward too. If you want a compact and inexpensive laser printer for your home use, I think this printer serves the purpose well. I just hope they reduce the cost of new toner since its almost same as a new printer. Hoping to see more products from Pantum in future. Cheers !

Wow. Probably the best money I've ever spent on a printer. I don't know what the problem is with Windows 10 - I connected the printer first and waited a couple minutes to let Windows see it, then put in the install disk and ran that...worked great right away. 1200dpi printing (why bother with less?) renders pin-sharp text as good as any laser I've used, and graphics quality (printing from Photoshop) is also great for a laser - it won't ever do what an inkjet can do, but it's still quite good. Especially considering what the printer cost, this is just dynamite value.

I rate the product at four stars only because I do not expect to have any compatibility problems with it, and I have no reason to think the quality will not be satisfactory. It is a spare when the time comes to replace the current toner.

Unfortunately my printer did not recognize the new toner and it had to be returned. Hopefully the chip problem will be solved shortly as I'm waiting to order another toner. I never had any problems with my previous Brother printers toner, only this MFC-L2740DW.

I bought this printer to save money per page printed. I am sick and tired of paying $80 every time I have to change the inks in my printer. This little beauty seems to fit the bill. If you don't need a colour printer, this one's for you. Installation on my Mac and PC computers was a breeze. So far, works on my Wi-Fi network without a single problem. Highly recommended.

I have not used this gear long enough to know about its economy, but I am very satisfied with it in every aspect other than that. I have no complaint at all. It might be a little too heavy and bulky to be a "desk-top" machine, but it's keeping me company on my right hand.

Great product for fast & quality non-color printing. Compact with easy setup & basic functions. Printed out 100+ pages so far...no problems. Works with Windows7, XP, Vista. I use it as a good addition to a color ink jet(scan, fax, copy, etc) for cheaper black only printing.
